🔍 How do I track my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view real-time updates directly on the carrier’s website.

🛍 Can I make changes to my order?

We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, which means we're unable to make changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

🔁 How do I return or exchange an item?

If your item isn’t quite right, we're happy to accept returns as long as it's in original condition (tags attached and unworn) and not a clearance item.

Please note:
➡️ We do not offer direct exchanges.
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue you a store credit (with no expiry date) which you can use on anything in our store — including a different size.

🚫 The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

We often restock popular items within a few weeks. To be the first to know, sign up for restock notifications on the product page — that way, you won’t miss out next time!

📦 I entered the wrong shipping address — can you change it?

Please contact us immediately with the correct address.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. However, if your order has already been packed or dispatched, we're unable to make any changes.

⚠️ What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Please email us at aussievault.shop@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The product name/code
  • A photo of the item
  • A description of the issue

Make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can resolve it promptly.

💸 I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still use it?

If you placed your order without applying your discount code, please reach out to us ASAP with your order number and the promo code. We’ll do our best to help if the code was valid at the time of purchase.
