Shipping Time
All orders are handled within 0 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Order handling cut off time is 4:00PM AEST.
We offer Free Tracked Shipping Over Australia on all orders. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or remote locations. Rest assured, we’ll provide tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress all the time.
Cost and Estimates
Items are expected to be delivered within 6-10 business days (Depending on specific product availablity, please refer to each product page for more accurate shipping time estimate) after receiving your shipping confirmation email. If your parcel has not arrived within this timeframe please contact us at aussievault.shop@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email notification will be sent from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please use the email in the link to track your delivery status. Any updated tracking numbers will also be emailed separately to you.
