RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! Please read our guidelines below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

✋ Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns for store credit if:

  • Your item is in original condition (unworn, unused, tags attached, and in original packaging)
  • Your return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is not a clearance or final sale item

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue you an online store credit (gift card) that never expires — so you can choose something else you love!

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns on:

  • Clearance or sale items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging

📦 How to Return an Item

  • Email us at aussievault.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
  • Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit via email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will cover the return shipping cost and work to resolve the issue promptly.

💳 Refunds

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method (instead of store credit), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

⌛ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank — refunds may take some time to post.
